Well versed with the latest developments in the culinary art of various world cuisines. Good experience and working skills in all sections of a modern Five-Star kitchen. Highly motivated and well respected individual offering effective supervision and ensuring cost effective operations. Confident and poised in interactions with individuals at all levels, with a strong commitment to superior customer service. Holds high personal standards and displays ability to work in multi-cultural environments.
